Great question! Hello Happiness! is designed to bring you reflection and journaling exercises Monday-Friday that can be completed in as little as 10 minutes! Ultimately you’re in charge of the time and effort you put into these exercises, so let them be flexible, yet prioritized 🥰

Do you guarantee results?

If you do the work and commit to yourself 100%, and follow my step-by-step guidance, you will experience SO MUCH growth and inner happiness! 🤩

But because I can’t guarantee that you’ll put in the work, I can’t guarantee that you’ll get the results. This is a partnership where we each must invest 100% and put all of our efforts and enthusiasm toward helping you live your happiest, most confident life! 🥳🎉

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of these emails, there are typically no refunds available. However, if you find that after working through each exercise that Hello Happiness! isn’t a good fit for you, we’ll give you a full refund. This means that per our Terms & Conditions, you have 15 days after you purchase this package to request a refund.

What are your qualifications?

Great question! I’m a total nerd and an avid life-long learner: I am certified to teach public speaking (and more!) with a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication & Journalism and a Masters Degree in Education by the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I am certified as a Life & Success Coach, Hypnotherapist, and NLP, EFT, and TIME Practitioner by the International Board of Coaches and Practitioners. I’m currently pursuing my certification as a Master Practitioner by the IBCP, as well as my certification in The Science of Well-Being by Yale University 🤓
