What’s the Truth About Your Inner Self? 🌟

Hiiiiiiiii, sweet friend 🌟💛🌟

What do you call the part of you that is your essence? Your soul? Your spirit, intuition, or deepest Self?

Whatever you call it, when you’re a swirl of soul meets body, meets mind, it’s easy to feel like you’re at odds with your Self or with your mind 💛

So Remember, sweet friend, your unconscious mind controls your body –

But your soul, sweet friend controls all aspects of your Self 💛 Your soul can dictate your conscious thought & the directions your unconscious mind can take 💛

So that sweet wordless hope in your heart that dreams that the harsh things you tell yourself aren’t true?

That is your soul – your intuition – your truest self – calling out the truth:

You are a Radiant being of love & light & energy đź’› (Quantum physics even supports this truth that your soul knows).

So even though your mind conjures up cruel thoughts about your self, you can trust now that those are not your truth 💛 They come from outside of you & somewhere along the way, your unconscious mind decided they were important to you –

Because isn’t it Ridiculously easy to internalize what others think is important?

It’s so easy, in fact, that it happens all the time – especially when we’re young 💛

Think, for example, about whether or not you believe you’re good at art, or writing, or playing piano.

You probably decided pretty young what to believe about your own writing talent – someone or multiple someones like teachers, parents or friends either complimented you – or didn’t.

And your unconscious mind gathered intel from them & the people around you – were they getting compliments on their writing? If they did & you didn’t, it’s incredibly likely that your um adopted the evidence of what others thought – that you’re not good at writing – because that’s what it’s built to do for you.

And in truth, when you’re seven years old, anyone can be a good writer

(This is still true even when you’re 37 or 87) but seems especially poignant when we think about all of the “truths” we learn to believe about ourselves when we’re young 💛

It’s a natural phenomenon of our bodies & minds that this happens 💛

It is a natural phenomenon of our souls to know the deeper truths of who we are đź’›

Because if it were utterly true in the deepest core of me that I was an unlovable cow, I wouldn’t have felt so sad, downtrodden and lost in pure distress every time my brain threw that thought at me in my 20s & early 30s 💛

The truth of our souls feels good 💛 Lovely 💛 Like the celestial energy or core matter of the universe that we’re made of 💛

It’s when we feel distress, sadness, or an unwanting of our own thoughts that we see the untruths, the false beliefs we hold about ourselves 💛

And what’s lucky or what’s beautifully designed about our own minds is that once we know our soul truths, we are able to program our thoughts to match – to Release the untruths masquerading in our thoughts, and to Reprogram in the things that our souls know as existential truths 💛

You are love

You are worthy

You are enough

You are developing, deepening & capable of any transformations you desire đź’›

Stay tuned for more on how this Reprogramming works— it’s a process called Self-Coaching, and it’s the basis for what Life Coaches make millions of dollars doing for other people, and it’s a concept I’m breaking down and building into a streamlined process for YOU to use by YOU, for your Self.

More is coming, so keep your soul or your truest Self at the ready.

Because you ARE ready, sweet friend!

Love, poetry, and coffee mug clinks,
